ROLE SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing technology company. Inspired Technology is New England’s premier Audio/Video & Security Company based in North Easton, MA. The Security Channel BDM primary objective is to prospect and acquire new commercial customers. The ideal candidate for this position should be knowledgeable in CCTV & Access Control integration and control systems in commercial environments.

Please be aware this is for DIGITAL SECURITY SYSTEMS not human capital services security(guards, armored car, etc)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Be part of a high-performing team and culture for the purpose of achieving company goals with consistent results.

· Build and maintain customer partnerships.

· Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on current and upcoming products and solutions

· Business development champion. Build and maintain a diverse and fluent pipeline generating sustained revenue growth.

· Present integrated solutions to end-consumers and industry groups.

· Work with project managers to develop a project plan and timetable.

· Participate in manufacturing trainings and certifications

· Be a brand ambassador with the ability to practice strong business acumen.

· Effective communication leader with internal and external partners.

· Attend networking events and Inspired sponsored events.
